14-day easy return and exchange policy
1. Within 14 days of receiving the product, undamaged items can be returned for any reason and receive a full refund.
2. Within 14 days after receiving the product, products with obvious quality problems can be exchanged.
3. Products older than 30 days enjoy a 1-year warranty.

- If it is a product problem and within 14 days, Deeege will bear the return shipping cost. This includes product damage, compatibility issues or malfunctions, etc.
- If it is due to customer subjective reasons, such as using the product within 14 days and the product is in good condition, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
How do I return a product?
1. Please contact service@deeege.com to initiate a return.
2. Include the following information in your email:

- Screenshot of order to confirm order number
3.Deeege will contact you within 24 working hours to provide solutions. If you still wish to proceed with your return and refund, Deeege will share the appropriate return label or return address.
4. When returning the product, please be sure to include all of the following:
- Returned items must be in the original packaging
- Must include all accessories
5. To expedite the refund process, after you send the product back, please send a return notification containing the following information to Deeege:
- Logistics providers
- tracking number
6. Once the warehouse confirms receipt of the return, Deeege will promptly process your refund and you will receive an email notification titled "Refund Notification".
How do I cancel my order?
1. To cancel your order before shipping, please send an email to service@deeege.com and indicate:
- Reason for cancellation
- Screenshot of your order to confirm order number
2. Deeege will contact you within 24 hours to cancel your order. You will receive a confirmation email titled "Order Canceled. "
3. If the product has been shipped, Deeege will send you an email to refuse to cancel the order. Deeege will process your refund once the product is returned to our warehouse. You will receive an email titled "Refund Notification . "
How long does it take to receive my refund?
1. After the product arrives at the warehouse, Deeege will process the refund in a timely manner. Refunds will be made in the same manner as your original order. Typically, processing takes 2-3 business days (there may be a slight delay during holidays).
2. Once the refund reaches your credit card issuer, it usually takes 3-5 working days to process.

Delivery date and return window
The receipt date used to calculate the return window period is based on the actual receipt date shown in the logistics information. If you miss the return window due to delivery delays or incorrect information displayed on the logistics platform, please contact our customer service team for assistance.
Under what circumstances cannot I request a return or refund?
1. Clearance sale items are not eligible for return, refund or exchange, and returns of such items will not be accepted.
2. Business purchases or bulk orders (10 or more products) may not be eligible for refunds.
3. Products purchased outside the official website cannot be returned or refunded through the official website. Please go to the original store of purchase to apply for a return or refund.
4. Products with quality problems caused by unauthorized repair, misuse, neglect, water intrusion, modification or improper installation, or products with labels, device serial numbers or safety labels that have been torn or altered.

Other return rules
1. Items must be returned with any accompanying free gift to receive a full refund.

Problems occurred during transportation
Regarding damage during transportation:
1. For damage caused by transportation, we will replace the machine for you according to the damage situation. If the damaged parts are only replaceable spare parts, we will mail new spare parts to you free of charge and will not replace the entire machine; 2. Please wait until you receive
